Employability

Who better can understand the gap between employment and employability other than Ma Foi, being in the recruitment field for the last 14 years. Ma Foi Academy has been conceived with the prime objective of addressing the critical need that exists that is increasing employability by developing the skills and competencies of candidates seeking employment.

Ma Foi is aiming to start atleast 100 Centres in various cities / towns to equip students with the necessary skills to enhance employability. Ma Foi Academy is a creative hot shop, which constantly looks at the various kinds of jobs that are getting created and designs innovative programmes to bridge the skill gap that is prevalent. Constant improvisation of the course content depending on the needs is being undertaken. Tier II and Tier III towns are considered and help is extended to deserving and underprivileged students.

Though Ma Foi does not guarantee a job, the Staffing Solutions group in Ma Foi proactively tries to generate job opportunities for students enhancing their skills through the various programmes. The Staffing Solutions group conducts mock-interviews and constantly evaluate the students to give their feedback on the quality of the programme.
